Sipinor provides cloud software for schools to manage academics, fees, attendance, exams, reception, and parent communication. Contact: hello@sipinor.com.

Information we collect

• Marketing & lead data — name, work email, phone, school name, role, and message content when you request a demo, trial, or newsletter.
• Account & billing data — administrator contacts, plan selection, and subscription details needed to provision and bill school instances.
• School operational data — student, parent, staff, fee, attendance, exam, and related records that schools enter into their Sipinor instance. Schools are typically the data controllers for this information.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, collected via cookies or similar technologies where enabled.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services
• Respond to demos, support, and sales inquiries
• Provision school instances and manage subscriptions
• Send service, billing, and (where permitted) product updates
• Analyze site usage to improve content and conversion
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

School customer data

When a school uses Sipinor, that school decides what personal data to upload and how to use it. We process school operational data to provide the platform under our agreement with the school, with instance isolation and role-based access as described on our Security page. Parents and staff should contact their school for requests about student records held in a school’s instance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment processors) under contract
• Professional advisors where needed
• Authorities when required by law
• Successors in a merger or acquisition, with notice where required

Cookies & analytics

Our marketing site may use essential cookies and, with consent where required, analytics cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies via the consent banner when shown.

Retention

We retain marketing and account information as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements. School instance data is retained according to the customer agreement and deletion or export requests from the school administrator.

Security

We use measures appropriate to a school SaaS product, including instance isolation, role-based access, backups, and optional IP filtering. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; schools should use strong passwords and review staff access regularly.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold about you as a marketing or account contact. Email hello@sipinor.com. For school instance records, contact your school.

Children

Our marketing site is directed at school professionals, not children. Student data in school instances is processed only as instructed by the school customer.
