Introduction

At Sipinor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Return Policy ensures that schools receive fair and transparent resolution for refund requests, while maintaining accountability for services provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
  • If Sipinor fails to deliver promised services as per the agreed terms and conditions.
  • If technical issues on Sipinor’s end render the software unusable, despite reasonable attempts to resolve them.

2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Client-side operational errors, such as improper usage or incorrect data input.
  • Failure to provide required documents, content, or other necessary information for service delivery.
  • Requests for refunds after 30 days from the service delivery date.

3. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Submit a refund request to info@sipinor.com or call 8290262306, including a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Step 2: Sipinor will review your request within 7 business days.
  • Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method or an alternate method agreed upon with the client.

4. No-Questions-Asked Refund

If Sipinor cannot fulfill its promises or resolve significant issues, a full refund will be provided without questions.
