  • School Operational Data: Administrative and financial information.
  • Documents and Templates: Customizable templates provided during service delivery.
This agreement remains effective indefinitely, even after the termination of services.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Sipinor ensures the following service standards:
  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% availability of cloud-based software.
  • Technical Support:
    • Critical issues: Response within 1-2 hours.
    • General queries: Response within 24-48 hours.
  • Regular Backups: All client data is backed up daily to ensure zero data loss.
